The Faith UMC Nursery is composed of two nursery rooms on Sundays. All childcare is available at no charge. All parents are issued a vibrating pager so we can notify them if necessary.
If you are new and attending the church for the first time, please fill out the registration form for your children in advance.
Toddler Nursery
The Toddler Nursery is located at the preschool building (the first building on your right when entering the complex) in room #2 and is for toddlers ages 23 months through 3 years that are not potty-trained. Once potty-trained, they will "graduate" to Sunday School. This room is managed by two nursery team members who are CPR certified.
Infant Nursery
The Infant Nursery is located on the back side of the Administrative Building (second building on your right when you enter the complex) and faces our new Family Life Worship Center. This room is dedicated to infants ages 6 weeks to 23 months. This room is managed by two nursery team members who are CPR certified and volunteers when needed.
Weekdays
Childcare on weekdays is provided by two nursery team members at no charge. Age of children may vary from 6 weeks and up. Location of childcare is dependent upon the night of the week.

For special evening events, such as comedy nights for parents, we do ask for donations for childcare. Please email aprilcwright@bellsouth.net if you need to know the location of childcare for one of these events.
June/July Nursery News
After making special Mother's Day "footprint" crafts, we are looking forward to making special Father's Day crafts just for Dads. You won't want to miss this coming Sunday!
The nursery would like to welcome to returning team members: Angel Jefferies, who has returned to our staff after a year of being home with her daughter, Chloe; Megan Calvert, who is joining us for the summer while she is home from college.
We are looking for donations of specific items that are needed in our infant and toddler nurseries. These include:
- A bookcase that is wide, not tall so children can reach the top, and has two shelves. We need this to hold larger toys.
- Sturdy multi-hook unit that we can attach to wall to hold heavy diaper bags in the infant room.
- Small, long table that would sit against the wall and that children could play at.
- Highchair/swing/carrier for baby dolls
- Toy washer/dryer for housekeeping area
- Infant, toddler and children's DVDs that are appropriate for church (Veggie Tales, Disney, etc.)
- Children's table and chair set that would seat at least 4.
